Management system of college student associations
Student associations are an important carrier of campus culture construction. In order to further strengthen the management of student associations in our school, promote the self-construction of student associations, build brand associations in our school, promote the continuous development of associations in a standardized and orderly direction, give full play to their functions of cultivating students' interests, expanding students' abilities, enriching campus culture, and promote the cohesion and integration of campus culture, these measures are formulated. Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 The evaluation activities of star-rated societies shall be conducted under the leadership of the Youth League Committee. The specific work shall be implemented by the Youth League Committee Student Union Department. Article 2 The evaluation of star-rated societies shall follow the principle of promoting construction and reform through evaluation, and be conducted in a fair, just, open and orderly manner. Article 3 Evaluation grades are divided into one-star, two-star, three-star, four-star and five-star. The highest is a five-star club. Article 4 The participants are the official societies registered in the Societies Department of the Youth League Committee. Article 5 All school-level associations need to participate in the appraisal of star-rated associations held every semester. Chapter II Conditions for Star-rated Societies Article 6 The evaluation condition for a star-rated society is 1, and the organizational system is perfect. Sound organization, clear purpose and complete articles of association. In order to cooperate with the work of the Community Department, community leaders attended the meetings held by the Community Department on time. 2. Document management specifications. The club system, personnel (including personal information such as contact information of existing members), activities, historical evolution and other information are detailed and complete. 3. Report on time, keep normal contact with the club department, and the club leaders will normally attend the meetings and activities convened by the club department. Article 7 The evaluation standard of two-star clubs is 1, which is the same as Article 6 1, 2 and 3. 2. Provide at least 1 report on club activities to school media such as school radio station and student online in the name of the club within one semester. 5. Before participating in the competition (referring to the end of the competition last semester and before the opening of the competition this semester), the related deeds of the community have been publicly reported in various media of the school. Article 9 The evaluation condition of a four-star club is 1, which is the same as Article 8, 1, 2 2, and there are no less than four concentrated activities in the school within one semester. 3. Before participating in the appraisal (from the end of the appraisal activity last semester to the beginning of the appraisal this semester), the work of the community was commended by the superior organization, or the related deeds of the community were publicly reported in various news media (excluding the school-level media) above the school level. 4. Provide at least 3 reports on club activities to school media such as school radio stations and students online in the name of the club within one semester. Article 10 The evaluation condition of a five-star club is 1, which is the same as Article 9, 1, 3 2, with no less than 5 times per semester. 3. Provide at least 5 reports on community activities to school media such as school radio stations and students online in the name of the community within one semester. Chapter III Evaluation of Star Societies Article 11 Evaluation Procedures 1. The club department will hold a meeting of the first person in charge of the club and deploy the appraisal work of star-rated clubs, usually within one month of the start of school. 2. Questionnaires were conducted among members and non-members of the Association in the form of questionnaires. (This score accounts for 20% of the total evaluation) 3. The person in charge of the club called a meeting of the club members to sort out the materials for the election, including: work plan of this semester, work summary of last semester, activity summary, financial report, application form (written application for activities and application for participating in the competition) and member file form (copy) (this score accounts for 30% of the total evaluation, among which, the enthusiasm for submission is 15. 5. Hold a review meeting of star-rated clubs, and each club will organize materials according to its own construction practice and speak at the meeting in the form of slides. The jury of the conference is composed of teachers of the Youth League Committee, representatives of the Youth League Committee Student Union, representatives of the community department, representatives of various communities and representatives of non-community members. (This score accounts for 50% of the total appraisal score) 6. The Community Department is responsible for summarizing the appraisal results, sorting out relevant materials and submitting them to the Youth League Committee of the school for approval. Chapter iv rewards 1. Star-rated clubs are awarded certificates and bonuses by the school Youth League Committee. 2. One-star club associations can select two outstanding members, two-star club associations can select 15% outstanding members, three-star club associations can select 20% outstanding members, four-star club associations can select 25% outstanding members, and five-star club associations can select 30% outstanding members. Outstanding members will be awarded certificates and prizes by the school youth league Committee. Chapter V Supplementary Provisions These Measures shall come into force as of the date of promulgation. The right to interpret these Measures belongs to the Community Department of the Youth League Committee.
