Zhao, male, born in September, 1970, postdoctoral fellow, professor, master tutor, senior member of chinese optical society. In June 2003, he graduated from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, majoring in electromagnetic field and microwave technology, with a doctorate in engineering. In May 2006, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications-ZTE joint postdoctoral mobile station left the station. He is currently the vice president of the School of Information and Electrical Engineering of Hebei University of Engineering. As the chief researcher, he participated in more than one national scientific research project 10, including the national high-tech research and development plan (863) 1, published more than 60 academic papers and authorized 6 national invention patents.
