Teachers' further education school has completed its historical mission, and now it continues to exist, which not only costs money, occupies a lot of educational funds and precious land, but also wastes teachers' energy and breeds educational corruption, which is harmful to people. Teachers' training schools have played an active role in history. Especially in the 1970s and 1980s, many teachers were ordinary junior high school graduates, even primary school graduates, and they needed cultural and professional training very much. At that time, teachers' training schools played an important role. But now the situation has changed fundamentally. Since the 1980s, almost all teachers have joined the teaching staff in the past 30 years. Especially after 2 1 century, all the teachers who joined the team were college graduates or above. The normal university where they are located, no matter the teaching facilities or the quality of teachers, is incomparable to Pizhou Normal School. Letting them go to further education schools is equivalent to letting college students receive primary education. At present, further education schools are of no value to the improvement of teachers' culture and professional level. Even most teachers in further education schools lag behind teachers who have been in the primary and secondary schools for a long time (I don't mean all of them, please forgive me). In addition, the existence of further education schools breeds educational corruption. Continuing education schools hold various training courses for school leaders and teachers every year. How much did the teachers learn there? Really, people who participate in the research-I don't know, what they know is how much they have to pay, and what they know is that they will be punished if they don't go. I'd rather leave the students' class, disturb the normal teaching order of the school and take part in the study organized by the further education school. Because continuing education schools are entrusted by the Education Bureau, they have the right to approve teachers' "continuing education". Without their seals, continuing education cannot be approved, and teachers cannot participate in the salary adjustment of that year. Education funds in Pizhou are quite tight. The school has lived in a humble abode for a long time, and the per capita area of students is several times less than the national standard. However, our teachers' training school, such a big and good place and so many staff, can't contribute to Pizhou education, but can only "embezzle money" from Pizhou education, which is really sad. In fact, there are many channels for teachers to learn. Education, you can participate in self-taught universities, online learning, and correspondence learning in normal universities; In terms of business learning, the Education Bureau has a teaching research room, which can regularly organize teachers to participate in various types of teaching and research activities.
