First of all, college students can feel heavy learning pressure during their school days. Maybe many people will have this experience. During the hard three years of high school life before entering the university, many people will tell you that if you work harder now, it will be easy to enter the university. However, this is not the case. Many college students will find that universities really need self-discipline after entering universities. Without self-discipline, you will unconsciously find that your grades are worse than others. This gap may not be obvious in freshman year, but it can be deeply felt in sophomore year. When I first went to college, I recited textbooks at school at seven o'clock every day in order not to fall behind in professional courses. Many students say I am diligent, but I am just afraid of poor grades. Over time, I found myself immersed in books, and I didn't take the initiative to participate in many activities that universities should experience. For the sake of grade points and scholarships, I dare not relax all day, nor dare I go out to play. I asked my high school classmates who studied in other universities. Although they are different majors from me, they also said that the academic pressure is very heavy and there is not enough time every day.
Secondly, the interpersonal relationship of college students is also one of the sources of stress. It can also be seen on the internet that many college students have complained about interpersonal relationships in universities, which makes them very upset. For example, there may be friction between roommates who meet every day, or there may be friction between the student union and other students because of work arrangements. When I was in college, I lived in a room for ten people. Because there are many people, I am also worried about interpersonal problems. But fortunately, my roommates have good personalities. Even if there is a little friction, everyone will find a way to solve the problem in the end, and it is still relatively harmonious on the whole. But for a while, my classmate told me that because of my roommate's living habits and personality, she was under great pressure and her psychological mood fluctuated easily. They applied for two dormitory adjustments, both of which could not be adjusted successfully because of realistic conditions. During that time, she couldn't eat or sleep well because of this, and her classmates were very worried. Therefore, the interpersonal relationship of college students is also one of the sources of stress for college students today.
Third, many college students can feel the pressure before entering the society. After studying and living in college for several years, I will enter social work. Many college students have been worried about their future employment. For example, when studying, they will think about whether their major can really achieve something in the future. Or when I am about to graduate, I feel that the competition with people around me is very fierce. When I was about to graduate, I took part in the school recruitment. At that time, during the interview, I felt as if I had only learned a little. Facing the employees of outside enterprises, I have a sense of anxiety and powerlessness that I don't know how to deal with. During that time, I was also very upset, worried that I could not find a good job and often couldn't sleep. Many college students have already felt the pressure before entering the society.
In the face of pressure, college students can not only digest themselves, but also talk to people they trust, such as good friends or elders. Sometimes, if you can't figure out a problem, you can find someone else to solve it together. Maybe there will be a quick solution to this problem. When you realize that you are under pressure, you should also find ways to relieve the pressure and relax yourself.
