Lei Xiaolin's introduction
Lei Xiaolin (1938.11.27—) was born in Guilin, Guangxi. Material physicist, the founder of "Ray-Ding Theory". 1 1963 graduated from the physics department of Peking University; 1 1978 Joined Shanghai Metallurgical Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences; 1 1997 was elected as an academician of China Academy of Sciences. Professor Lei Xiaolin has been engaged in the research of electron transport and condensed superconductivity for a long time. In the early years, he and Hang-Sheng Wu proposed the size nonlocality effect of superconducting thin films, and derived the d-3/2 law of critical magnetic field of thin films. In the early 1980s, the convergence behavior of superconducting critical temperature series, the conduction laws of Al5 compounds, ferromagnetic metals and high resistance alloy materials, the thermodynamic and optical properties of superconducting and cruise ferromagnetism, and the superconducting and charge density wave storage system were studied. In the mid-1980s, he established the equilibrium equation theory of semiconductor transport in cooperation with Ding Qinsheng. In 1990s, the Bragg scattering model of electron transport in non-parabolic region was developed, and the transport equation of any energy spectrum substance in electric field and magnetic field was established.
