1, Anhui University of Science and Technology (English name: Anhui University of Science and Technology &; Technology) is a key high-level characteristic university in Anhui Province. It is a university jointly established by the Emergency Management Department of Anhui Province and People's Republic of China (PRC), and supported by the basic capacity building project of universities in the central and western regions of China. In May, 2022, Anhui University of Science and Technology's National Demonstration Base for Innovative Talents Training was named as "Scientist Spirit Education Base" in Anhui Province. In February, Anhui University of Science and Technology was approved as "Anhui Talent Introduction and Intelligence Introduction Demonstration Base" implemented by the Ministry of Education's "Excellent Engineer Education and Training Plan".
2. The school was built in 1945. Originally Huainan Institute of Coal Mine Technology, with the same roots as Hefei University of Technology. It is the first engineering college in Anhui Province. 1955 was upgraded from Huainan Coal Industry Institute to Hefei Mining Institute, and moved to Hefei one year later. 19765438 was renamed Hefei University of Technology. Later, the former East China Coal Medical College and Huainan Chemical School merged one after another. In 2002, it was officially renamed Anhui University of Science and Technology and became a key high-level university in Anhui Province. In 2022, Anhui Automobile Industry School merged.
