After college admissions personnel enter the admission site, they first call out the information of candidates who apply for the school through the Admissions Office, and determine the number of files according to the students' situation.

Colleges and universities began to read files after extracting them. The purpose of reading the archives is to exclude unqualified candidates according to the requirements of the school, to inspect the students' character strengths, and to prepare for determining the major.
3. Determine the recommended access list
If there is no problem in reviewing the files, the admissions staff will arrange all the candidates' files from high score to low score, and then arrange them according to the candidates' professional wishes. Under normal circumstances, candidates with high scores are given priority in the same volunteer order and major. Candidates with similar test scores and low total scores but high scores in related subjects or other advantages can also be considered.
4. Determine the admission list
With the consent of the local admissions office, after withdrawing the files of students who have not been admitted, the remaining students will be confirmed as formal admission.
