1, unique. China People's Armed Police Force Engineering University (CAPF), founded in 1983, is located in Xi City, Shaanxi Province. It was established with the approval of the State Council and the Central Military Commission. It is the only comprehensive armed police university with the right to confer doctoral degrees, the only modern teaching pilot of the whole army, and the only comprehensive university that pays equal attention to command and technology, combines engineering with management, and combines teaching with scientific research. It is the "2 1 18" of the whole army.
