Candidates who meet the recruitment requirements in the preliminary qualification examination will be notified by the school by telephone of the time and place of qualification review and assessment.
(3) Evaluation
The open recruitment working group of the school organized an expert group of not less than 5 people to assess the candidates' ideological and moral quality, physical and psychological quality, teaching and research ability and development potential, with a full score of 100. The examination results shall be kept at two decimal places (rounded off), and the leading group for open recruitment of the school shall determine the physical examination and inspection personnel according to the examination results.
(4) Physical examination and inspection
1. Physical examination and investigation are organized and implemented by Shanxi Normal University, and the medical examination expenses are self-care.
2. The physical examination standards and items shall be implemented according to the Standards and Measures for Physical Examination of Teachers in Shanxi Province (Revised). Physical examination should be carried out in a general hospital at or above the county level with physical examination qualifications. If the medical examination conclusion is unqualified and needs to be re-examined, an application for re-examination can be made within 7 days after the medical examination result is informed, and the re-examination can be carried out in the hospital at the same level or higher level with medical examination qualification. If the school, the candidates taking the physical examination and their families still have doubts about the re-examination results, the hospital undertaking the re-examination should organize relevant experts to consult and make a final conclusion. If all physical examination items cannot be completed due to pregnancy, it shall be implemented according to relevant national policies. Those who do not attend the medical examination on time are deemed to have given up their qualifications.
3. Strengthen the inspection link, strictly control the inspection, and thoroughly understand the inspected object to prevent oversight and distortion. The school set up an investigation team to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the proposed personnel. The contents of the investigation mainly include the applicant's political thought, moral quality, law-abiding, self-discipline awareness, ability and quality, work attitude, study and work performance, and situations that need to be avoided. , and review or audit the authenticity and documents of the application materials provided by the applicant. Domestic fresh graduates mainly examine the students' learning situation and usual ideological and political performance during their school days, and in principle, the school graduation appraisal and other supporting materials shall prevail. Other personnel shall be certified by the local police station, community or village committee where their household registration is located, such as law-abiding and ideological and political performance.
Those who fail the physical examination and inspection shall not be employed.
(5) Publicity and employment
According to the results of physical examination and investigation, the list of candidates to be hired will be published on the school website for 7 working days after the collective research of the school leaders. The contents of publicizing candidates include: recruitment position, recruitment quantity, recruitment major, name, gender, date of birth, graduation institution, major studied, education (degree), examination results, ranking and other information.
If there is no objection at the expiration of the publicity period, the relevant employment procedures shall be handled according to the regulations. Those who reflect the problems affecting employment and are verified shall not be employed; It is difficult to verify the problems reflected at present, and then decide whether to hire after finding out.
The legal representative of a public institution signs employment contracts with employees and handles employment procedures for employees. The probation system shall be implemented for the employed personnel. If the probation period is unqualified, the employment relationship will be terminated.
