Baicheng normal University is the only undergraduate college in western Jilin Province. Baicheng City is located at the junction of Jilin, Heilongjiang and Inner Mongolia, and its natural climate features are somewhat close to eastern Inner Mongolia. Baicheng normal College takes part in the college entrance examination in this province every year.
