English is very important. You should know whether you want to take the postgraduate entrance examination, go abroad or find a job after graduation, and make preparations as soon as possible. The coping strategies of each road are different. If you are looking for a job, you must pass CET-4. Maybe college students don't care, but companies watch. Going abroad is IELTS TOEFL.
