The memorial archway of Sun Yat-sen University, referred to as "the memorial archway of Zhong Da University", is located at the north gate of Zhong Da University Haizhu Campus (namely, South Campus) and the south bank of Binjiang East Pearl River. The whole gatehouse is made of reinforced concrete, and the exterior decoration is made of granite. The front and rear stone pillars are divided into two rows, with five doors, with a height of10.98m and a width of 25.8+05m.. The words "National Sun Yat-sen University" are engraved on the door. The archway of Sun Yat-sen University has always been the symbol of Sun Yat-sen University.
