2. Hong Kong International Film and Television Academy: It is an art institution of higher learning approved by the Hong Kong government. As we all know, Hong Kong is the second largest film production base in the world after Hollywood. During the 83 years from 19 13 to 1995, 8500 feature films and drama films were produced in Hong Kong.
