Second, the system login mode
Login path: Fudan University Graduate Admissions Network (/) > & gt& gt Fudan university postgraduate registration service system >>& gt postgraduate registration (including online confirmation).
Candidates log in to the system with their own user names and passwords. The user name is the year of admission plus the online registration number of the national postgraduate entrance examination, such as "20163102 * * *". The initial password is the last six digits of the ID number (the letter X must be entered in uppercase). Please don't change and retrieve your password easily after logging in until your basic personal information is filled in and saved.
Third, confirm the preparations.
Before online confirmation, please prepare:
1. Recent bareheaded color ID photo (electronic JPG format, 150×200 pixels, size within 10K, light blue background). This photo will be used as a campus card photo after admission. Please be sure to prepare photos that meet the requirements.
2. Bank card (for the bank cards that can be used for online payment, please refer to the list of bank cards of Fudan University's charging service platform /help/creditCard.htm).
Four, confirm the matters needing attention:
1. Please read the announcement and the tips at the top of the page carefully, and check the application information carefully as required. Candidates who register repeatedly can only confirm one registration data. Please choose carefully. The registration information confirmed by candidates will not be modified during the examination, re-examination and admission. I will bear all the consequences caused by the incorrect and untrue information in the examinee's online newspaper.
2 "Key confirmation information" refers to the information that needs to be confirmed after proofreading the registration information filled in by candidates in China Graduate Admissions Information Network. Please check it carefully. If there are any mistakes, please correct them in time.
Be sure to upload photos according to the required specifications, otherwise you will not be allowed to take the exam. After uploading, please log in to the email confirmed online in time to check the photo review results.
4. Freshmen must fill in the registration number, and the graduation certificate number filled in by previous students should be the electronic registration number (please note that for those who graduated in 2000 or later: ① The graduation certificate number of domestic universities must be filled in with "certificate number", which is generally more than 16 digits, and the first five digits are the university code that issued this certificate. Do not fill in the certificate number (e.g. no: xxxxx). ② For overseas education (including Hongkong, Macau and Taiwan Province Province), please fill in the number of Foreign Degree Certificate issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education, including the number of country (or region) [year]. 5. Please complete the blank fields in the candidate's personal basic information. If there is no error information, it must be consistent with the personal basic information filled in by China Yanzhao Online. The candidate's name, certificate type and certificate number in the candidate's personal basic information, as well as the applicant, examination method, special plan, major, research direction and examination subjects in the registration information are not allowed to be modified in the confirmation system. If the "ID number" is wrong, please bring the original and photocopy of your ID card to the Admissions Office of the Graduate School of Fudan University, Room 1 15, Building 8, Handan Campus, for registration and amendment. Please ensure that the "mobile phone" and "e-mail" are accurate and keep in touch, so as to retrieve the password and receive the relevant feedback information confirmed online. Don't click to retrieve the password before logging into the system to fill in the email, otherwise you will not be able to log in.
6. When applying for a master's degree in clinical medicine/stomatology with the professional code of "105", you must choose "Orientation" as the application category and "Shanghai Health Talent Exchange Service Center (Huangpu District, Shanghai)".
7. Please confirm the correct contact information, especially the mobile phone number, and keep in touch. The feedback information confirmed online will be mainly sent to candidates by SMS.
Verb (abbreviation of verb) qualification examination
1. The qualifications of all candidates will be reviewed during the second interview. Please bring the originals and copies of the following materials:
(1) A valid identity card.
(2) Fresh graduates carry student ID cards.
(3) Previous students carry graduation certificates, degree certificates and education certificates of the Ministry of Education.
The electronic registration and filing form of the education certificate of the Ministry of Education needs to log in to the "Education Inquiry" column of China Higher Education Student Information Network to apply, download and print. If you can't apply and print on the China Higher Education Student Information Network, you must make a written certification according to the certification institution and the certification application method published in the "Academic Certification" column of the network, and submit the certification report at the second interview. All diplomas and degree certificates obtained abroad must show the certification report issued by the study abroad service center of the Ministry of Education.
(4) Candidates with the same academic qualifications are required to bring undergraduate transcripts required by the registration conditions.
(5) Graduate students should provide the consent certificate issued by the training unit. Once admitted, you can only keep one student status. Please consider it carefully.
2. Undergraduate graduates of adult higher education, self-study exams and online education held by ordinary institutions of higher learning and adult institutions of higher learning must obtain a nationally recognized undergraduate diploma before September/KLOC-0 of the year of admission.
3. The majors related to individual examinations only recruit students for specific personnel. For details, please visit Fudan University Graduate Admissions Network "Fudan University 20 16 Individual Examination Master Admissions Guide" or consult the admissions department. Because the examination subjects of the individual examination are not uploaded, all candidates who register for the individual examination must fill in the unified examination subjects corresponding to the majors they apply for when registering online. The revision of examination subjects is handled by our school, but candidates must fill in "individual examination" in the column of examination method when registering online, otherwise it will be treated as a national unified examination.
Upon examination, if any unqualified person is found, the registration and preliminary examination results will be treated as invalid.

Candidates can arrive at Fudan University from/kloc-0 to 27 October (8: 30 am-65438+03: 30 pm-65438+07: 00 pm) with their registration numbers and ID cards. Future recipients during the above period can collect them at the department during the second interview.
