Wentian College of Hohai University, located in Maanshan City, Anhui Province, is a full-time independent college for undergraduate students approved by the Ministry of Education and the only independent college established in Anhui Province by a national key university directly under the Ministry of Education. The school was established in 2008 by Hohai University in cooperation with related enterprises.

Wanjiang College of Anhui Normal University was established with the approval of the Ministry of Education in 2003.
