Beijing Technology and Business University's 2023 postgraduate enrollment charter has been issued. In 2023, Beijing Technology and Business University enrolled graduate students in two forms: recommended exemption and ordinary enrollment, and adhered to the basic principles of "openness, fairness and justice", comprehensive evaluation, merit-based admission and no quality. Second, the application conditions

(1) Those who apply for recommending graduate students to attend schools without examination should be students without examination who have been selected by undergraduate schools (colleges and universities qualified to carry out examination-free promotion) and whose academic qualifications have been confirmed.

(two) the personnel who sign up for the national postgraduate entrance examination shall meet the following conditions:

1. People's Republic of China (PRC) citizen.

3. Physical health status meets the medical examination requirements stipulated by the state and the school.

4. The academic level of candidates must meet one of the following conditions:

(1) Undergraduate graduates with nationally recognized academic qualifications (including undergraduate graduates of adult higher education organized by ordinary universities and adult colleges) and undergraduates who can graduate through self-study exams and online education. Candidates must obtain a nationally recognized undergraduate diploma or an academic degree certification certificate issued by the study abroad service center of the Ministry of Education when they enroll in the school in that year, otherwise the admission qualification will be invalid.

(2) Persons with a nationally recognized undergraduate degree.

(3) Undergraduate graduates who have obtained the college diploma recognized by the state for two years (from graduation to the date of admission in that year, the same below) and above, and those who have obtained the college diploma recognized by the state, apply for the exam according to the equivalent undergraduate graduation results. Candidates who apply for the same academic ability as undergraduate graduates should meet the following conditions: CET-4 score of 425 or above; Or obtain a three-level certificate of public English; Or have published academic papers related to the research field of the applied discipline in official journals.

(4) Persons who have obtained a master's or doctoral degree.

Postgraduates must obtain the consent of the training unit before registering.

(3) Persons who sign up for the postgraduate entrance examination for legal (illegal) professional degrees shall meet the following conditions:

2. The major you studied before entering the exam is non-law major (graduates of law major [code 030 1], law graduates at junior college level and self-taught law graduates are not allowed to enter the exam).

(four) the personnel who sign up for the entrance examination for master of law (Law) shall meet the following conditions:

2. Graduates majoring in law before entering the examination (only those majoring in law in the undergraduate professional catalogue of ordinary colleges and universities [code: 030 1]), graduates majoring in law at the junior college level, graduates majoring in law in the form of self-taught examination, and those who have obtained the second bachelor's degree in law can all enter the examination for the degree of law (law).

(five) the personnel who sign up for the postgraduate examination of business administration and tourism management shall meet the following conditions:

1. Meet the requirements of 1, 2 and 3 in the application conditions (II).

At the same time, the MBA graduate enrollment policy is implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Opinions of the Ministry of Education on Further Standardizing MBA Graduate Education (Teaching and Research [2065438+06] No.2).

(six) the personnel who sign up for the "high-level talents program for ethnic minorities" shall not only meet the requirements of the application conditions (two), but also need the provincial education administrative department of their place of origin to confirm their registration qualifications and promise to return to the targeted areas (units) for employment after graduation.

Third, the registration procedure.

General recruitment registration includes two stages: online registration and online confirmation. All candidates who take part in the postgraduate entrance examination must register online, confirm the online newspaper information and collect their own images and other related electronic information, and pay the registration fee according to the regulations.

Candidates with the qualification of recommendation exemption must log in to the national information disclosure and management service system for postgraduate recommendation exemption (website: /tm) within the time specified by the state to fill in their volunteers and take part in the re-examination. The conditions and methods for the school to accept students who are exempt from examination refer to the Administrative Measures for Beijing Technology and Business University to accept outstanding fresh graduates to study for master's degree without examination. Students who have been admitted by the admissions unit are not allowed to take the postgraduate examination of that year, otherwise their admission qualification will be cancelled.

(1) Select the registration point.

1. Undergraduate graduates: In principle, you should choose the registration point designated by the provincial education entrance examination institution where the school is located.

2. Other candidates (including candidates with professional degrees in business administration and tourism management): choose the registration point designated by the provincial education entrance examination institution where the work place or household registration is located.

(2) Online registration requirements

2. Candidates should log on to China Graduate Admissions Information Network (public website:, education website:, hereinafter referred to as "research recruitment network") within the specified time, and register according to the online announcement requirements of the Ministry of Education, provincial education entrance examination institutions, registration points and schools. During the registration period, candidates can modify the online registration information or fill in the registration information again, but one candidate can only keep one valid registration information. If no supplementary report is made within the time limit, the registration information shall not be modified.

3. Candidates can only fill in one major of an enrollment unit when registering. After the examination is over and the Ministry of Education announces the basic requirements for the re-examination of candidates' preliminary test results, candidates can learn about the adjustment methods and planned balances of enrollment units through the "Yan Zhaowang" adjustment service system, and independently fill in multiple adjustment volunteers according to relevant regulations.

4. Candidates should truthfully fill in the learning situation according to the requirements of the school and provide real materials.

5. Candidates should accurately fill in the rewards and punishments received, especially in the national education examinations such as the entrance examination for ordinary and adult colleges and universities, the national postgraduate entrance examination, and the self-study examination for higher education. 6. During the registration period, candidates' academic qualifications (student status) information will be queried online, and candidates can query their academic qualifications (student status) results online. Candidates who have not passed the online verification of academic qualifications (student status) should complete the verification of academic qualifications (student status) before June 25, 2022.

7. Candidates who meet the requirements stipulated in Article 59 of the National Regulations on Enrollment of Postgraduates in 2023 and apply for the policy of extra points in the initial test must fill in relevant information as required when registering online. Relevant departments should audit according to the division of responsibilities.

8. The enrollment of "High-level Talents Program for Ethnic Minorities" shall be subject to the information confirmed by the candidates at the time of registration.

9. Candidates who apply for the special postgraduate enrollment plan of "Retired College Soldiers" should be college students who have retired from active service and meet the requirements for postgraduate enrollment [college students refer to full-time graduates (including vocational colleges), graduate students, students and freshmen with second bachelor's degrees, and graduates (previous) enrolled by adult colleges (vocational colleges). Candidates should choose to fill in the special plan for retired college students' soldiers when registering, and fill in the enrollment information before enlistment and relevant information such as enlistment and retirement as required.

10. Candidates with the same academic ability must submit a CET-4 score report (CET-4 score must be above 425), or a CET-3 certificate, or an electronic version of an academic paper related to this discipline and professional research field that has been published in an official journal (submit the cover, contents and full text of the academic paper), and the time should be June 25, 2022.

13. Candidates should fill in their personal online registration information accurately and provide real materials as required. Candidates who are unable to take the exam (including the initial test and re-test) or are admitted due to errors in filling in online newspaper information, filling in false information or providing false materials shall bear the consequences themselves.

14. After successful online registration, candidates should actively understand the examination arrangements, epidemic prevention requirements and other matters by consulting the provincial education entrance examination institutions, registration points and the official websites of enrollment units on a regular basis, and actively cooperate to complete related work.

(3) Online confirmation requirements

1. All candidates (except those who are exempt from the test) should check and confirm their online registration information within the specified time, and they will not be reissued after the time limit. Please refer to the notice of the provincial entrance examination institutions or registration points for specific arrangements and requirements.

2. Candidates should actively cooperate with the staff at the registration point when confirming online. According to the needs of verification work, submit my resident ID card, academic degree certificate (undergraduate students hold student ID card) and online registration number as required, which will be checked by the staff at the registration point.

3. Please check and confirm your online registration information carefully. The registration information shall not be modified after being confirmed by the candidates, and all the consequences caused by the candidates' filling errors shall be borne by the candidates themselves.

4. Candidates should pay the registration fee as required.

5. Candidates should cooperate with the collection of personal images and other related electronic information according to the provisions of the registration point.

6. According to the relevant regulations, the school and the registration point conduct a comprehensive review of the candidates' registration information and online confirmation materials to determine the candidates' examination qualifications. Candidates with the same academic qualifications should also combine the supplementary materials provided by the candidates to review and determine the examination qualifications. If the registration information provided by the candidates does not meet the registration requirements, the examination will not be given.

(4) Print the admission ticket

Candidates should log in to the "Research and Recruitment Network" with their user name and password about ten days before the exam, and download and print the admission ticket by themselves. The admission ticket is printed in A4 format with white paper, and the front and back sides shall not be altered or written during use. Candidates take the initial test and re-test with the downloaded and printed admission ticket and resident ID card.

2. Candidates who choose the registration point of Beijing Technology and Business University generally take the exam at Fucheng Road Campus of the school, but the test center may increase the examination room of Liangxiang Campus according to the relevant situation. Candidates who choose a foreign registration point take the exam at the examination place designated by the registration point.

3. Candidates are not allowed to enter after each exam 15 minutes. The appearance time of the preliminary examination paper shall not be earlier than 30 minutes before the end of each subject examination, and the specific appearance time shall be stipulated by the provincial education entrance examination management institution. After the examination paper is submitted, you may not enter the venue to continue the examination, nor may you stay or talk near the examination room.

4. Candidates' preliminary test results are queried and downloaded by the candidates themselves in China Graduate Admissions Information Network.

(2) Second interview

1. This school does not belong to the self-regulated college. On the basis of the basic requirements of the preliminary examination results determined by the state, the school independently determines the preliminary examination results of the candidates of this unit who enter the re-examination in combination with the situation of students and enrollment plans.

2. The re-examination is generally arranged to start in the middle and late March, and the specific arrangements such as the specific time, place, examination subjects and methods will be announced online before the re-examination. Foreign language listening and speaking tests are conducted in the second interview, and the results are included in the total score of the second interview. If the second interview is unqualified, it will not be accepted.

3. Before the second interview, the school should strictly review the candidates' resident ID cards, academic degree certificates, academic qualifications (student status) verification results, student ID cards and other original registration materials and candidates' qualifications. Those who do not meet the conditions will not be re-examined. If there is a problem with the verification of the information of the candidate's education (student status), the candidate should complete the verification of the education (student status) within the specified time.

The identity of minority candidates shall be subject to the ID card checked at the time of registration, and shall not be changed at the time of re-examination. Ethnic minority areas shall be subject to the Summary of National Ethnic Regional Autonomous Areas published by the relevant departments of the State Council.

4. Candidates who take part in the re-examination with the same academic ability will try at least two professional undergraduate courses related to the major they are applying for and different from the initial examination subjects. The way of re-examination is written examination. Candidates with the same academic qualifications who apply for the Master of Laws (Illegal Studies) and the Master of Business Administration will not take the exam. Adult education graduates and self-taught and online education candidates who have not yet obtained the undergraduate diploma at the time of re-examination are not allowed to take the exam.

6. The physical examination of candidates shall be organized by the Admissions College after the candidates intend to be admitted. Sixth, adjustment

According to the characteristics of disciplines, majors and students, the school appropriately transfers a volunteer online candidate within or between majors, and appropriately receives off-campus transfer students who meet the requirements of the school re-examination according to the students' situation. At that time, the relevant information of receiving transfer students will be published on the graduate enrollment information network and the websites of various colleges. Candidates who meet the basic requirements of the re-examination stipulated by the Ministry of Education, but have not been admitted to the school, can contact other enrollment units for transfer admission.

Seven. Allow entry

(a) the school according to the national enrollment plan, re-examination admission methods and candidates' initial examination, re-examination results, ideological and political performance, physical health and other merit-based to determine the list to be admitted. Those who fail the ideological and moral assessment will not be admitted, and the assessment of integrity will be an important part of the candidates' ideological and moral assessment and an important basis for admission. Candidates who violate the rules in registration and examination shall be dealt with by the relevant departments according to the relevant laws and regulations of the state and the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education. Those who practise fraud (including those who are recommended to be exempted from the test) will be disqualified from entering the examination, admission or school status according to relevant regulations once verified.

The file records of cheating candidates will be notified to their school or unit, and cheating candidates in that year may not apply for the exam in the next year; Students who cheat seriously will be punished until they are expelled from school; On-the-job candidates who cheat shall be informed by the examination institution of their unit, and the relevant departments shall give disciplinary or political sanctions according to the circumstances; Offenders shall be transferred to judicial organs for criminal responsibility according to law.

(2) Graduate students are divided into full-time graduate students and part-time graduate students according to their learning styles. Part-time graduate students do not enjoy school scholarships and subsidies, and do not arrange accommodation.

(3) There are two ways of graduate employment: directed employment and non-directed employment. Directional employment graduate students (except non-in-service minority key candidates) do not transfer household registration and files, do not enjoy state incentives and subsidies, and are employed according to directional contracts; Non-directional employment graduate students must transfer their files to the school before entering the school, otherwise they will be disqualified from enjoying scholarships and subsidies and will not be dispatched when they graduate. Non-directional employment graduate students choose employment in two directions according to themselves and employers.

Graduate students with targeted employment should sign targeted employment contracts with schools and employers before admission.

(4) Problems arising from candidates applying for master's degree and their work units shall be handled by the candidates themselves. If the candidate can't re-test or can't be admitted or can't get the candidate's file, the school will not be responsible.

Nine, the reward system
