Registration procedures:
1. Go through the accommodation formalities at the designated place in Fengxian Campus and get the dormitory key. Freshman pick-up and drop-off arrangement
Freshmen's pick-up arrangement: On August 28th (Friday) 12: 00-22: 00, and on August 29th (Saturday) at 7: 00- 15: 00, the "East China University of Science and Technology Reception Station" will be set up in Shanghai South Railway Station; Freshmen who take the train to Shanghai Railway Station can change to Metro Line 1 and get off at Shanghai South Railway Station. Freshmen who take the train to Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station can first transfer to Metro Line 2 to People's Square Station, and then transfer to Metro 1 Line in the station to get off at Shanghai South Railway Station. Freshmen and 1 parents can take the school shuttle bus 1 time (that is, from Shanghai South Railway Station to Fengxian Campus) for free with the special bus ticket, and the rest of them charge 12 yuan. baggage check-in
The luggage checked by freshmen from other provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions) shall be labeled with the unified baggage label of the school, which shall be uniformly extracted by the school and sent to the school baggage room, and the freshmen shall pick it up at the designated place with the baggage claim notice. During the registration period of freshmen, the railway station will organize special personnel to sort out the newborn luggage in each school, so it is not advisable to check the newborn luggage too early, usually 6 days in advance. Hukou migration
1. All freshmen registered in Shanghai will not be transferred to this school. Freshmen with rural hukou in Shanghai, after obtaining their student status, go to their college to apply for the certificate of "rural to non-agricultural".
2. Beijing Shengyuan's new account does not need to be transferred to school.
3. Freshmen whose native place and household registration are inconsistent cannot transfer.
4. Students from other provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) can voluntarily choose to move into new accounts. Freshmen whose registered permanent residence moves into the school must move in within three months and be managed by the school in a unified way; Freshmen who have not moved into their household registration for more than three months are not allowed to apply during their school days. 5. Freshmen from other provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions) who have gone through the migration procedures in registered permanent residence shall go through the settlement procedures at the household registration acceptance point of the Security Office with the original of their second-generation ID card, copies of the front and back, and household registration certificate. Student medical insurance policy
According to the national regulations, students must pay personal expenses to participate in residents' medical insurance. The current individual payment standard is 90 yuan per person per year (if there is any change, the document issued by the District Medical Insurance Office shall prevail). Student commercial insurance
Supplementary commercial medical insurance for college students is a series of insurance for full-time undergraduate students on the basis of participating in medical insurance. Once a student is hospitalized due to illness, or an accident occurs in outdoor sports and outdoor activities, it will bring a great burden to the family economy of the student. The school advises students to take insurance as much as possible.
The responsibility of college students' supplementary commercial medical insurance is that after compensation or compensation is made by the Shanghai basic medical insurance institution for students, the insurance company will compensate the rest (that is, the medical expenses paid by the insured students within the medical insurance scope and the medical expenses paid by the insured students outside the medical insurance scope) according to the proportion of the insured amount.

Buy new textbooks
In order to ensure the normal teaching after the start of school, the textbooks in the school textbook center have been prepared. Freshmen purchase teaching materials on a voluntary basis. Tuition and accommodation standards and payment methods

2. Payment method
Our school attached the Golden Ear Debit Card of Agricultural Bank of China, which was specially run by the Finance Department for freshmen, to the admission notice. Our school implements credit system management, and the calculation method of the unit price of each major credit is: the total cost of four academic years divided by the total credits of this major stipulated in the undergraduate teaching and training plan of East China University of Science and Technology.
The credit system charges are settled in advance, that is, at the beginning of the first semester of each academic year, the tuition fees for one academic year are paid in advance according to the prescribed standards, and the actual academic achievements selected by students in the previous academic year are settled at the beginning of the next academic year, and so on until graduation. Tuition fees exceeding the total credits shall be paid according to 75 yuan/credit.
Freshmen are requested to deposit their tuition fees into the Jinsui Debit Card of Agricultural Bank of China within the specified time according to the tuition standard of their major. Commercial credit loan
Student-origin credit student loans refer to student loans issued by China Development Bank and other financial institutions to eligible freshmen and students with financial difficulties, which are handled in the county (city, district) where the students are registered before entering school.
