Tang: Male, born in 1968, China nationality, with no right of abode abroad, Ph.D. in management science and engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, professor and doctoral supervisor from Xiamen University School of Management. 1July 1990 to1August 1994, engaged in organizational management and grass-roots management in the organization department and workshop of Wuhan Metallurgical Equipment Manufacturing Company. From March 2000 1999 to July 2000, he was engaged in theoretical research and evaluation of venture capital in the Institute of Pharmaceutical Science and Technology Development of China Science and Technology Development Research Institute. He has been teaching at Xiamen University since 2000, during which he studied at Newcastle University and University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Mr. Tang also served as an independent director of Fujian Environmental Sanitation Equipment Co., Ltd., Hongxiang Co., Ltd., Luyan Medicine Co., Ltd. and Xiamen Guangpu Electronics Co., Ltd.
