I. Xi 'an University of Arts and Sciences
Xi 'an University of Arts and Sciences, referred to as Xi Arts and Sciences and Western Arts and Sciences for short, is a full-time general institution of higher learning approved by the Ministry of Education in 2003, sponsored by the Xi government, established in different provinces and cities, and enrolling students nationwide. It was selected as a pilot unit for awarding double bachelor's degrees in Shaanxi Province, a pilot school for transformation and development in Shaanxi Province, and a demonstration workstation for joint training of graduate students.
As of May, 2022, the school has three campuses, Gaoxin, Taibai and Guanzhong College, with a construction area of 500,000 square meters, more than 0.6 million copies of paper books and materials, 0.6 million copies of electronic books and materials, total fixed assets of/kloc-0.65 million yuan and total teaching instruments of 2/kloc-0. Second, Tibet University for Nationalities
Tibet University for Nationalities, located in Xianyang City, Shaanxi Province, is the first batch of institutions approved by the State Council with the right to award bachelor's degrees. It is a university jointly established by the Xizang Autonomous Region Municipal People's Government and the State Ethnic and Religious Affairs Committee, the first phase of the basic capacity building project of universities in the central and western regions, and the pilot unit of the excellent doctoral education and training program of the Ministry of Education.

Third, Baoji University of Arts and Sciences
Baoji University of Arts and Sciences, referred to as "Bao Wenli", is located in Baoji City, Shaanxi Province. The school is an excellent school in Shaanxi Province, a "domestic first-class discipline construction university", a master's degree awarding unit and a doctor's degree awarding unit, and an "undergraduate teaching level evaluation" by the Ministry of Education. It is a member of the strategic alliance of the "Belt and Road" universities.
As of March 2023, the school has three campuses, Gaoxin Campus, Shigu Campus and Panlong Campus, covering an area of more than 2,800 mu.
