Li Changyu, born in Rugao, Jiangsu Province, 1938, is a Chinese-American, an expert in criminal forensic medicine, honorary chairman of Connecticut Science Consulting Center, tenured professor of New Haven University, Connecticut, and full-time professor of forensic medicine at New Haven University.
