At the end of last year, the entrepreneurial craze began to heat up rapidly in Chinese mainland, and college students, as the main body of entrepreneurship expected by the country, received special attention and care. This situation has also pushed the teachers who serve as entrepreneurship education to an embarrassing situation.

From this background, China's emphasis on entrepreneurship is not only an expedient measure to solve the employment of college students, but also a deeper reason. Recently, China put forward the concept of the new economic normal. Under the background of limited resources and basically unchanged overall economic capacity, it has become the government's choice to stimulate individuals to find opportunities and reintegrate resources.

However, there are still some differences between the situation in China and that in the United States. There are differences in scientific and technological development and cultural background, but the difference in basic education of entrepreneurship is even greater. In the United States, the education of business awareness began from senior high school or even earlier, while the education of business awareness of China students is close to zero. In other words, it is important to educate college students in science and technology entrepreneurship, but it is particularly important to enlighten their basic business awareness.

What is the current situation and trend of entrepreneurship education at home and abroad? Entrepreneurship, is it a science? What are the theoretical basis and research methods? Are we qualified for entrepreneurship education? How to obtain this qualification? What are the similarities and differences between the contents and forms of entrepreneurship education in universities and in society? How to measure the achievements of our entrepreneurship education? This is the question I want to ask two experts in Taiwan Province Province.

First of all, I learned that the upsurge of entrepreneurship is not unique to China. Secondly, the understanding of entrepreneurship is further deepened. There are many definitions of entrepreneurship, but personally, entrepreneurship is the initial process that a person or a team transforms human behavior or social activities into valuable economic activities and can continue to profit from them. So far, personally, it is difficult to call entrepreneurship an independent discipline. The main reason is that although the research object is more and more clear, the research method is still difficult to be clear. Although many laws have been summarized, it is difficult to verify them through experiments. However, this does not mean that entrepreneurship cannot be learned and developed, but needs to be accumulated. At present, literature method, case method and observation method can reveal many entrepreneurial laws. There are many disciplines related to entrepreneurship, but they are basically: economics, psychology and management.

Because there are many related disciplines, universities need to be targeted when choosing courses. The main principles are as follows: First, due to the limitation of class hours, there is no need to elaborate on those who can provide more professional courses for the society, such as financial management and human resources. Second, the goal of the course should not be to let students start a business immediately, but to evaluate themselves according to what they have learned. Thirdly, as far as the teaching form is concerned, it should be a combination of teaching content and practical operation, focusing on experience. Fourth, set the teaching goal as ordinary college students, not key college students, in order to cultivate their awareness, rather than relying on high-tech entrepreneurship.

Third, what effect should entrepreneurship education achieve? For the teaching subject, the combination of teachers and entrepreneurs may be more ideal. The author recently asked people from investment institutions about the effect. For example, they hope that students who have received entrepreneurship education can form an entrepreneurial map in their minds, that is, they have a global entrepreneurial concept. You can also be aware of your position on the map, where you want to go, and the mentality you should have when you know or master the resources you need and act. These resources, or some specific skills, such as product design, marketing, finance, legal affairs, etc. , may not be the focus of the course, because all investment institutions basically have expert-level training.

Finally, the measurement of the achievements of entrepreneurship education. The Business Incubation Park of Jiaotong University has a long history and has carried out many activities. But the students are very active in it, but it seems that the achievements of students' entrepreneurship have not yet appeared on a large scale. Entrepreneurship education seems to start from 20 13. This is also the aspect that relevant domestic departments and universities should be vigilant at present. Therefore, we can't just measure the success rate of starting a business.

In addition to listening to expert education, college teachers also exchanged ideas on entrepreneurship education and gained some experience.

First of all, for us who are engaged in entrepreneurship education, crises and challenges coexist. With the further development of China's market economy, it is believed that policy orientation will bring more favorable factors to college students' entrepreneurship. To build an innovative country, we must vigorously advocate encouraging and supporting these college students' entrepreneurial dreams. College students themselves should also strive to turn theoretical knowledge into practical application, truly apply what they have learned and truly become applied talents. College students' entrepreneurship rises in China. Many of our interested students can try and fail, but there is no royal road to starting a business. We need to overcome ourselves and surpass ourselves. We need to weigh ourselves and then make a reasonable and feasible decision.

The advantage of college students' entrepreneurship is that they can improve their ability, increase their experience and apply what they have learned; What is attractive is that you can realize your ideal and prove your value through successful entrepreneurship. However, the road to entrepreneurship is difficult. The story of "poor dad, rich dad" tells us that the success of starting a business is not necessarily proportional to the accumulation of knowledge. Without a high degree, you can be invincible in the entrepreneurial competition. The key is the direction, way and method of starting a business. Sometimes we have to seize the opportunity and seize the potential of the market. Just like Bill Gates, he can make a fortune because he sees that computers will play an increasingly important role in human life. This market has unlimited potential, that is, the demand will increase indefinitely.

From my personal point of view, I think it is understandable to advocate college students' self-employment, but it should be based on the premise of not affecting their study. After starting a business, many college students only know how to run a business all day and neglect their studies, which is very undesirable. After all, not everyone was built by Bill.
