According to China Education Online official website, Zhengzhou Sias College has different enrollment batches in different provinces, including a batch of undergraduates, a batch of undergraduates, a batch of specialists, a regular class and a parallel admission. According to the first enrollment batch of universities in ordinary classes, they can be regarded as two institutions.

Zhengzhou Sias College, referred to as Sias, is located in xinzheng city, Zhengzhou City, Henan Province. It is a full-time private undergraduate college approved by the Ministry of Education to implement higher education and a full-time undergraduate college approved by the the State Council Academic Degrees Committee to implement overseas bachelor's degree education cooperation projects.
