Dormitories in area B are ok, and those assigned to the School of Architecture and Urban Planning are generally the best. Girls should be in dormitory 12, which is the newest and best dormitory in area B and close to the teaching area. Boys may be in the fourth dormitory, with similar conditions, but it is the kind with an elevator above, which is far from the teaching area. The dormitory has four rooms, each with two wardrobes and a drawer-type chef. There is a net port and no air conditioning, but there is a fan, balcony, separate bathroom and sink in the room.
There are four canteens in area B, all of which are concentrated in the dormitory area. The conditions are average. The first canteen has just been renovated, and the environment is better. The food in the canteen is just like that, which is more Chongqing-style, and there are also some non-spicy dishes to choose from. Every canteen has a halal window. Eating in the canteen is still very economical. In addition, there are some privately-run snack bars and snack bars in the areas below 12 buildings and boys' dormitory areas, which are cheap and delicious.
There is no hot bath in the dormitory, which is troublesome, but there is a bathhouse and laundry room near the back door. There are also many families in the family area (also on campus) who have opened private bathhouses and private laundry rooms, and the conditions are better than those in schools. I'm just going to the private bathhouse to take a shower. I can have a monthly subscription, usually one month in 60 yuan.
The campus in area B is quite small, and the greening is very good. There are some steps to go uphill and downhill. Generally speaking, it takes about 15 minutes to walk from the back door to the front door, which is relatively easy. If you go to class in Area A, you can take the underground passage. Ask there and you'll know where it is, and you don't have to cross the road outside the gate. It's far away.
The sports facilities in Area B are relatively complete. There are football field, basketball court, volleyball court, table tennis court, badminton court and two tennis courts. There is no swimming pool, so we can only swim in area a.
Design courses and professional theory courses will be held in the department library, and others will sometimes be held in the comprehensive building, comprehensive building or area A. The library in area B is relatively small, but very professional, and there are many books on architecture. There is also a professional library on the third floor of the department library, and I went there more.
The department library of the School of Architecture and Urban Planning is near the main entrance, which is very good among several department libraries in Zone B. It looks old outside (probably due to red bricks) and the conditions inside are very good. The fixed classroom (that is, the classroom where you will take the design class in the future) is the studio mode. In the future, your design class will be a group of more than a dozen people, each group will have a classroom and each person will have a big desk. The weather is very cool. There is air conditioning in the classroom, a water dispenser in the corridor and a canteen downstairs. There is a wooden platform on the third floor to rest, which is very romantic. Hehe ~ There is a big atrium in the middle of the department library, where all exhibitions are usually held. In the future, you can paint in the classroom all night, sleep in tents, and some people cook in the classroom. It was fun, hehe.
In short, congratulations ~ ~ I just graduated from the School of Architectural Planning this year, and I still have a very happy five years ~ I hope you can spend it happily and learn something ~
