The list of special plans for colleges and universities is generally released around June each year.
The meaning of the special enrollment plan for colleges and universities is as follows:
That is, "individual enrollment of rural students" is a preferential policy issued by the state to better promote educational equity and let more rural students go to college. It mainly recruits rural students who are diligent and eager to learn and have excellent grades in high schools below the county level (including county-level cities) in remote and poor ethnic areas. The specific implementation area shall be determined by the relevant provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) according to the above requirements.
Qualifications for applying for special programs in colleges and universities

2. I, my father or mother or legal guardian have a rural household registration in the implementation area, and I have a local household registration for more than 3 years.
3. I attended high school in the county (city, district) where my household registration is located for three consecutive years, and actually attended it.
The above three conditions must be met at the same time when applying for special programs in colleges and universities.
