There are six universities in Hainan Island: Haida University, Shihai University, Haiyi University, Seaview University, Qiongyuan University and Sanya University.

Among them, Sanya University is the only full-time undergraduate college located in Sanya.

Sanya College of Hainan University is the first full-time undergraduate institution of higher learning in Sanya, the southernmost tropical coastal city in China. In addition, there is Qiongzhou College in Sanya.

The following details show that Qiongzhou College, located in Wuzhishan City, established a branch school in Sanya around 2008. Until May of 20 1 1, the branch school was still under construction. According to the students of Qiongyuan College, up to now, in addition to a canteen, a basketball hall and some dormitory buildings, other infrastructure such as roads at the school gate are under construction in Qiongyuan Sanya Campus.

Sanya College was established in 2005. By May of 20 1 1, there was a golf course, two swimming pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, table tennis halls, seven main canteens and commercial shopping streets on the campus, and the number of students was nearly two weeks. Sanya University 20 1 1 National Independent College ranked fifth!

Most importantly, half of the students in Qiongzhou College are junior college students, while Sanya College is a full-time undergraduate college. Without junior college students, we naturally know which is better or worse, the learning atmosphere and the quality of campus life.
