The general association has a president 1 name and four vice-presidents. There are nine departments, including office, organization department, project department, supervision and research department, business practice department, property department, propaganda department, website and entertainment department, plus two functional teams, namely etiquette group and presiding group, to manage all aspects of the college-level student association of Guangxi University, and at the same time increase or decrease departments according to the actual situation in each period.
The cadres of the Federation and the presidents of various associations form the Council of student associations, among which the Standing Council, which is composed of the president, vice president, office director and assistant to the president, is the highest decision-making body of the Federation. The general assembly shall implement the general president responsibility system, and all departments shall implement the ministerial responsibility system.
In management, the association will implement a unified financial management system, regular work summary and reporting system, duty system, regular meeting system, attendance system and property charging system. The association advocates strict economy, opposes waste and adheres to the principle of doing more with less money.
The association is the link between the Youth League Committee and the student associations, and it is also the link between the student associations. She takes "unity, enterprising, truth-seeking, innovation, service and exercise" as the purpose, takes "creating brand and cultivating excellent products" as the guiding ideology, holds high the League flag and follows the party. The concept of serving students wholeheartedly is beneficial to enliven the construction of campus culture, enrich students' second classroom life, expand students' quality, cultivate college students' personality, strengthen practical exercise, make full use of their own organizational advantages and talent advantages, guide student associations to carry out colorful club activities, and strive to improve students' comprehensive quality. At the same time, we should pay attention to the macro management and guidance of student associations, strengthen system construction, and realize the overall layout of student associations in our school.
Student associations take "enriching campus cultural life and promoting the construction of campus spiritual civilization" as their responsibility, which is an important force in campus cultural construction, a big classroom for college students to learn, communicate and pursue progress, and a big stage for college students to show their individuality and self.
