Xinyang College, located in Xinyang City, Henan Province, is a regional central city in Hubei, Henan and Anhui and a national civilized city. Founded in 2003, the school was formerly known as Huarui College of Xinyang Normal University, and was converted into a full-time private undergraduate college with the approval of the Ministry of Education in 20 16.
