I can only watch the masters operate, but I know that it is the main lifting equipment. Careless operation will lead to accidents and directly threaten the life safety of underground workers. I think any work should be done well from the beginning, and now I have the opportunity to exercise my abilities in all aspects. I remember when I was at school, many students said that internship was tiring and boring, and I couldn't. This may be because I have always had a desire for work! I took advantage of this rare internship opportunity to study hard, be strict with myself, humbly ask the masters for advice, master the essentials of winch operation, and be able to operate independently, which can be summarized as follows: the specific content of winch operation is "one strict, two strict, three watchful, four diligent and five non-walking". Strict: Strictly implement the "Coal Mine Safety Regulations" and operating rules. Second, put your hands on the operator and concentrate. Third, look: the start depends on the signal and the running direction, so as to make the start accurate and stable; Run the instrument quickly; Stop and look at the depth indicator to ensure that the parking is accurate and in place at one time. I really feel so happy that I can operate the hoist myself to transport the coal that deep underground to the scene! During my internship, I tried to put the theoretical knowledge I learned in school into my work practice, so as to combine theory with practice. During the internship, I can abide by the work discipline, not be late, not leave early, and earnestly complete the tasks assigned by the captain and monitor. A theory that has not been tempered by practice is always an armchair strategist. During my short internship, I deeply felt my shallow knowledge and lack of professional knowledge in practical application. Once I came into contact with the actual work, I found many shortcomings of myself, and then I really realized the meaning of "endless learning" and had a deeper understanding of coal mine production.
After being transferred to the mine office in March, I felt quite nervous at first on my first day of work. After communicating with them, I gradually relaxed myself. I insist on going to work early every day. I can tidy up every desk before others come, so that people in the office can get into work as soon as they arrive. In fact, I always think that everyone has his own advantages, and everyone has something to play, and my internship experience is exactly what I think. Of course, because I just arrived at the mine office, I was not familiar with the work practices, and some things were not handled properly, but I was still diligent in asking them for advice and gradually became familiar with the office of the unit. I know it's not terrible to make a mistake for the first time, but to make mistakes again and again. Usually, I carefully observe the office style of office staff, hoping to improve and complete it better. In the office, in my spare time, I will read some good literary works on the Internet and practice typing, because in the mine office, I mainly engage in typing, document classification and newspaper classification, and often mainly type documents. I know that this requires not only fast typing, but also familiarity with computers, especially when I can complete the reception task without the help of other staff. At first, I felt at a loss about some jobs, which made me feel very sad. At school, I always thought I was doing well. Once I come into contact with reality, I find how little I know. Most of the experience and knowledge I learned during this period came from the teaching of leaders and office staff, which is a valuable asset in my life. After this internship, I have more respect for the profession of miners. I want to join them and become an excellent miner. Although this internship is only half a year, I think this experience is very valuable. I got in touch with the work and life of coal miners at zero distance and learned a lot from them. I've learned that being a good miner is not easy. Every ton of coal and every meter of footage has the hard sweat of these miners. Sometimes I can't even eat for underground production. Gansu Coal Industry School is the transition zone from school to society. It should not only teach students knowledge, but also teach students survival skills and skills. However, after studying in a technical school for three years, most people don't know enough about this major. At school, the school organized a two-week internship for us.
