1982 1 graduated from the electrical engineering department of Zhenjiang Agricultural Machinery College. After graduation, he stayed in school to teach. He has served as deputy secretary of the General Branch of the Electrical Department of Jiangsu Institute of Technology, deputy director of the Foreign Affairs Office of Jiangsu Institute of Technology, and director of the Education Department.
