Shenzhen University of Science and Technology (SZTU), located in Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, is an application-oriented public undergraduate-level ordinary institution of higher learning approved by the Ministry of Education.

Engineering engineering refers to the research and application of machinery, architecture, water conservancy, automobile and other technologies and processes. Representative disciplines include civil engineering, water conservancy, electrician, electronic information, thermal energy and nuclear energy, instrumentation, chemical industry and pharmacy.
