The executive body of CUBA League is the Organizing Committee of CUBA League (hereinafter referred to as the Organizing Committee). The Organizing Committee is a non-profit organization composed of enthusiastic people from all walks of life such as education, sports, economy, culture and news. Under the guidance of China University Sports Association and China Basketball Association, the work is carried out in accordance with relevant laws, regulations and normative documents.

The organizing committee consists of the following personnel:

Director: Yang Liguo, executive full-time vice chairman and secretary general of China University Sports Association;

Several deputy directors;

Secretary-General: Wang Xiaoyi, full-time vice chairman of China University Sports Association;

Under-Secretary-General and several members

The Organizing Committee consists of four branches in the southeast, southwest, northwest and northeast, as well as functional departments such as the League Supervision Committee, Office, Competition Department, Referee Committee, League Promotion Department, Press and Publicity Department and Activity Exhibition Department.

The branch of the Organizing Committee consists of a director, several deputy directors, a secretary-general and several members. Responsible for guiding and supervising the organization of events in all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and special administrative regions of CUBA League.
