1. Binhai College of Nankai University, hereinafter referred to as Binhai College, was founded in 2002 and formally established in 2004. It was established with the approval of the Ministry of Education.

2. Renai College of Tianjin University was jointly established by Tianjin University and Tianjin Renai Group Co., Ltd. with the approval of the Ministry of Education. It has independent legal personality, independent school conditions, independent enrollment and independent issuance of diplomas.

3. Tianjin College of University of Science and Technology Beijing, Tianjin College of University of Science and Technology Beijing, is a full-time independent college at undergraduate level approved by the Ministry of Education.
