For undergraduate visiting students from other universities who only study at Harvard University for one semester or one year, the application for admission is unique. These admission requirements include:

Required standardized test
We need standardized test scores of SAT or ACT (including writing), usually two SAT subjects. Please note that the SAT II English Language Proficiency Test (ELPT) cannot be used as one of the two SAT subject tests.
More information about standardized testing is included in our application process. You can only be exempted from this requirement if your country does not provide these tests and it will be difficult to travel to take them.

The financial aid policy of foreign citizens is exactly the same as that of American citizens. All financial aid is based on needs, and the admission decision is made regardless of whether the applicant has applied for financial aid.

If you are accepted and have not applied for financial aid, you will be required to complete one? I-20 financial certification. We can't issue visa documents without it.
5. Economic assistance
Harvard's financial aid policy for international students is the same as that for local students in the United States. All financial aid is based on students' needs and principles. When making a decision on financial aid, the school will not consider whether the students have applied for financial aid.
After you apply for a grant, the school will directly examine your family's financial situation and the reasons for your extra expenses. Harvard University will meet the certification needs of every family.
If you are economically admitted to Harvard University, but you have not applied for financial aid from the university, then you need to complete an I-20 financial certificate. Without this certificate, the school will not issue visa documents.
