Can universities take cross-disciplinary exams?
Universities can take the following cross-disciplinary examinations:

First, do you need a foundation?

At this point, friends must pay attention to reading the enrollment brochures of the target colleges. Some majors can accept interdisciplinary students, but they must have a certain foundation.

If you have no foundation, even if you are lucky enough to pass the exam, you will find it very difficult to study specialized courses in your later study career because of the lack of foundation. For example, some art majors, architecture, urban and rural planning and other related majors need to have a foundation.

Second, whether to restrict undergraduate majors.

Some majors are very professional, so it is difficult for students with multiple majors to be competent for future study experiments, which will limit your undergraduate major. Generally speaking, many medical majors will restrict undergraduate majors. Non-law majors can't apply for master of law (law), but can only apply for master of law (illegal studies).

For example, China Medical University does not allow non-clinical majors to apply for clinical majors, even in our school.

Third, do you need to try again?

Cross-professional examination and postgraduate entrance examination are only for candidates with the same academic ability. There is no need for extra exams for undergraduate postgraduate entrance examination. As long as you have a bachelor's degree certificate, you can take the initial test and the second test normally.

The preliminary examination subjects are subject to the enrollment brochures published by each school. Generally speaking, as long as they are undergraduate graduates with nationally recognized qualifications, they do not need additional examinations. However, after admission, some schools require cross-professional candidates to by-elect certain credits of professional basic courses.

4. Are the scores different?

The requirements for cross-professional examination and postgraduate entrance examination of this major are the same in the second interview and the initial examination. Some students will think that the scores of cross-major students are different from those of other candidates, but in fact, the scores are all the same. You will not lower your requirements because you are a cross-major student, nor will you raise your scores because you have no foundation. The scores of cross-professional candidates are the same as those of candidates of this major.
