Article 1 These Interim Measures are formulated in accordance with Article 29 of the Education Law of the People's Republic of China and the relevant provisions of the state on the administration of administrative fees in order to strengthen the management of fees in institutions of higher learning and protect the legitimate rights and interests of schools and educatees.
