Instead of work permit, student ID card, postgraduate ID card, international student identity card and other identification documents, complete all kinds of identification applications.

Replace library card: realize library card, reading card and other functions.

Access control: Campus card can be used to automatically identify the entrance to campus, library, student apartment building, etc.

Mixed categories of business consumption and identification

It is used in situations where both identification and payment are needed. Typical applications include:

Medical treatment: The campus card can be used to judge whether the cardholder is qualified for medical treatment on campus and pay medical expenses according to the relevant regulations of the school.

Other charges: according to the different types of cardholders, charge fees and check the authority.

Second, automatic transfer.

When the balance of campus card is lower than that of 30 yuan, it will be automatically transferred from the cardholder's bank card account to 30 yuan. At present, our school only provides automatic transfer service for full-time undergraduates and graduate students.

Third, self-service transfer

Follow the prompts on the self-service check-in machine on campus, and you need to enter the inquiry password. The initial password of the new card is the last six digits of the ID number. If the last number is x, it will be ignored. The old classmates of Guangling College still use their original passwords.

Fourth, electronic payment.

The campus card opens two accounts by default, one is the card account, and the amount of the card account is deducted from the transaction completed on the campus consumer POS machine; The other is electronic account, which can make self-service payment through the website of micropayment system. This transaction does not need to be swiped. In the initial state, there is no amount in the electronic account. You can click the "Electronic Account Transfer" menu on the campus self-service deposit inquiry machine to transfer money from the card account to the electronic account. Please follow the interface prompts for specific operation steps.

Used to replace the card (replacement card) due to loss or damage. I have to pay for 20 yuan. If the card is damaged due to non-human reasons, it can be replaced free of charge within 30 days after the card is issued. Bad cards must be recycled when changing cards.

For the safety of cardholders' funds, phones, websites and self-service devices are not allowed to hang up. If the new card is reissued and the old card is found, the old card cannot be released. The cardholder is advised to keep the old card well, and in case the new card is lost in the future, the old card can be reactivated.

(3) Replacement and replacement of cards

If the campus card needs to be reissued due to loss, damage and other reasons, I need to take my ID card to the "Campus Card" office for card replacement (card replacement), and I need to pay the card cost of 20 yuan/Card.
