I. Enrollment Plan
Because the country has not issued the enrollment plan for 2020, the plans listed in the current enrollment professional catalogue are based on the enrollment plan of 20 19, and the enrollment numbers of each major in the enrollment professional catalogue are for reference only. Please refer to the annex for the catalogue and bibliography of enrollment majors.
The number of students enrolled in each department and major in the enrollment professional catalogue includes the number of candidates to be recommended for exemption (the actual number of students admitted is subject to the final online announcement and confirmation of the admission list). In 2020, the "Teacher Training Program" in rural schools will enroll 40 students, and the "Retired College Soldiers" program will enroll 10 students.
Second, the classification of graduate students.
(1) According to learning style: Master students are divided into full-time master students and part-time master students according to learning style. Full-time and part-time postgraduate entrance examinations implement the same policies and standards in accordance with the unified requirements of the state. Apply for full-time or part-time postgraduate students through the "learning method" in the registration information. In principle, part-time graduate students in our school recruit on-the-job directional employment personnel.
(2) According to employment mode: Postgraduates can be divided into directed employment and non-directed employment according to employment mode. Candidates who choose targeted employment must obtain the consent of the targeted employment unit before registration, and sign a targeted employment contract with the admissions unit and the employer before admission (the official seal of the department with personnel management authority is required). During the postgraduate study, the relationship between personnel files and wages is retained by the targeted employment unit. Non-directional graduate students choose employment in both directions by themselves and the employer.
Candidates must accurately choose the application category (non-directional, directional), and candidates who choose directional must accurately fill in the name of the directional unit. The application information confirmed by candidates will not be modified during the admission stage.
Third, the initial test method
The preliminary examination methods for enrolling graduate students in our university are: national unified examination, joint examination (business administration 125 100, public administration 125200, accounting 125300, tourism management 125400) and recommended exemption from the examination.
Please refer to the Regulations of Hebei Normal University on Accepting and Recommending Candidates Exempted from Examination in 2020 for the majors and requirements of our school. The specific number of admissions is subject to the admission list published online.
Iv. application conditions
(1) Persons who sign up for the national postgraduate entrance examination shall meet the following conditions:
1. People's Republic of China (PRC) citizen.
2. Support the leadership of the China * * * production party, have good moral character and abide by the law.
3. The physical health status conforms to the national "Guiding Opinions on Enrollment Physical Examination of Ordinary Colleges and Universities" and the physical examination requirements stipulated by our school.
4. The academic level of candidates must meet one of the following conditions:
(1) Undergraduate graduates with nationally recognized academic qualifications (including undergraduate graduates of adult higher education organized by ordinary universities and adult colleges) and undergraduates who can graduate through self-study exams and online education must obtain nationally recognized undergraduate diplomas before entering the school;
(2) Persons with a nationally recognized bachelor's degree;
(3) Obtaining a nationally recognized diploma of higher vocational colleges for two years (from graduation to the date of admission in the current year, the same below) or above, graduating from undergraduate courses and obtaining a nationally recognized diploma, which meets the specific academic requirements put forward by the admissions unit according to the training objectives of the unit, and enters for the examination as an undergraduate;
(4) Persons who have obtained master's degrees or doctor's degrees.
5. Postgraduates must obtain the consent of the training unit before registering.
6. The application of servicemen shall be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions of the army.

2. Those who sign up for the entrance examination for master of law (Law) meet the requirements in (1), and their major before entering the examination is law (only graduates of law major [code: 030 1] in the catalogue of undergraduate majors of ordinary colleges and universities, graduates of law major at junior college level and graduates of law major in the form of self-study examination can apply for the examination). Non-law majors are not allowed to apply.
3. Those who sign up for the postgraduate entrance examination of business administration, public administration, tourism management and education management must meet the following conditions:

4. Other majors except the above-mentioned majors meet the requirements in (1).

Registration includes two stages: online registration and on-site confirmation. 4. In principle, fresh graduates should choose the registration point designated by the provincial education entrance examination institution where the school is located to handle online registration and on-site confirmation procedures; Other candidates (including those with professional degrees in business administration, public administration and tourism management). ) you should go to the registration point designated by the provincial education entrance examination institution where you work or register for online registration and on-site confirmation procedures. 5. During the registration period, the information of candidates' academic qualifications (student status) will be verified online, and the verification results will be fed back within three days after the candidates submit the registration information. Candidates who fail to pass the verification of academic qualifications (student status) should go to the authoritative certification institution for certification in time, and submit the certification report to the registration point for verification when confirming on the spot. 6. Special reminder: Some majors in our school do not recruit candidates with the same academic ability. 4. Eight, tuition and accommodation
Tuition fees are charged according to the spirit of the national document (Caijiao [2065 438+03] 19) and the relevant regulations and standards of Hebei Provincial Department of Finance and Hebei Provincial Price Bureau.
