Qindao College of Qingdao University of Technology is an undergraduate college established by Qingdao University of Technology according to the new mechanism and mode. It is the first batch of standardized independent colleges in Qingdao approved by the Ministry of Education and the Shandong Provincial Department of Education.

Qindao College makes full use of the excellent resources of Qingdao University of Technology, such as teaching staff, school-running experience, teaching reform achievements, etc. Adhere to the concept of "broad caliber, thick foundation, strong ability and high quality", aim at cultivating applied, compound and innovative senior professionals who meet the needs of society, focus on improving the quality of personnel training, and aim at building a national first-class independent college, and strive to build a training base for applied professionals.

The College is located in the east of Chengyang District, Qingdao, covering an area of 1.060 mu, with a school building area of more than 520,000 square meters and more than 1.700 students. The college has eight departments, including 17 undergraduate major and 16 specialist major, covering science, engineering, business, literature and economics.
