Some types of automobile tires.

In fact, there is not only one kind of automobile tire. Usually, if you look at some car tires, you can see that many patterns are different. Let's look at the classification of these tires.

1, mud tire

The tread spacing of mud tires is larger than that of all-terrain tires. It is easier to get rid of the soil in the groove on mud tunnels, and it can also ensure the tire's grip on the ground on rotten roads with gravel or even rocks. Therefore, MT tires are the first choice for deep cross-country enthusiasts.

On the road, the shortcomings of mud tires will be presented one by one. For example, the tires are noisy, the driving resistance is high, the braking and steering are not as good as HT/AT tires, and the hard tires will bring great vibration, so mud tires will only be replaced under certain circumstances.

2, construction machinery tires

Construction machinery tires are installed on special construction machinery vehicles, such as loaders, bulldozers, excavators, graders, road rollers and Stonecutters Island. The driving speed is not high, but the requirements for road conditions and load performance are high. The tire mainly adopts bias tire structure.

3. Snow tires

Mountaineers will change into snow hiking shoes when climbing high-altitude snow-capped mountains, and so will cars. In the face of cold and snowy roads, they will change into snow tires. Snow tires have many tread patterns, deep and wide, and some have anti-skid nails to increase the adhesion of tires.

4, bias tire

The cords of bias tires are arranged diagonally, hence the name. It is characterized by high tread and sidewall strength, but high sidewall stiffness and poor comfort, and large movement and friction between plies during high-speed driving, which is not suitable for high-speed driving. With the continuous improvement of radial tires, bias tires will be basically eliminated.
