Distribution of employment areas: The central and coastal economically developed areas have a large proportion of graduates who apply for employment in our schools all over the country every year, 45% of whom work in the central region, 25% in the Pearl River Delta region, 10% in the Yangtze River Delta region, and 6% in Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Chongqing and other municipalities directly under the central government. Every year, more than 80% of students are employed in economically developed central and coastal areas (see Figure 2).
Social evaluation: graduates have high comprehensive quality, and advanced models have emerged in many industries. Our graduates are widely welcomed by the society and employers. According to our school's follow-up survey of graduates from nearly 900 employers in more than 20 provinces from 2003 to 2008, many employers think that our graduates are "with high comprehensive quality, solid professional foundation, hard work and strong adaptability". Our school is known as the cradle of teacher training in Central and South China. More than 60% of the special-grade teachers in Hubei Province graduated from our school. A large number of international Olympic gold medal coaches, provincial famous teachers and municipal famous teachers in our school are active in the national education front. In addition, many alumni have become industry elites and top managers in economy, science and technology, culture and other fields. New employment measures: Central South Normal University Employment Alliance builds a big stage for job hunting. Our school has always regarded employment as a "first-class project". In recent years, we have continuously innovated our working methods in the aspects of employment market development, graduate recommendation, employment management and service, and employment guidance. , has achieved fruitful results and has been affirmed and commended by the Ministry of Education. It has won the honorary title of "Advanced Collective for Employment of College Graduates" for many times. Our school has also established employment sub-markets and employment bases in many provinces across the country, and has maintained long-term good cooperative relations with local education bureaus, personnel bureaus, primary and secondary schools and other employers. In the aspect of employment guidance, courses such as "Job-hunting Strategies and Skills" and "College Students' Career Development and Planning" were offered, which realized the whole process, systematization and advancement of employment guidance. In order to further promote the full employment of graduates and broaden the employment channels for graduates, our school initiated the establishment of the "Employment Alliance of Central South Normal University" in June 2007. The alliance takes "* * to create a tangible market, * * * to enjoy an intangible market, * * * to create scientific research achievements, * * * to promote employment guidance, * * * to gather friendship between normal universities and * * to promote brand development" as its cooperation content, and takes "Joint Job Fair", "Central South Normal University Employment Alliance Network" and "Recruitment Information SMS Sending Platform" as its cooperation carriers, bringing together 26 companies. Since the establishment of the alliance, many joint job fairs have been held, and a large number of online recruitment information has been uploaded in time every day. Many graduates of our school have successfully signed contracts with employers through participation and online recruitment.
