Beihua University, referred to as Beihua for short, is located in Jilin City, Jilin Province. It is a full-time general institution of higher learning established by the People's Government of Jilin Province, a provincial comprehensive key university, a university established by the People's Government of Jilin Province and the State Forestry and Grassland Bureau, and a provincial doctoral program construction unit in Jilin Province.
