Go to the local police station and type the certificate of name change ... take your household registration book and make at least three copies of the certificate.

Give it to the academic affairs office, the student affairs office and the security office (my school is these three places)

I have to change my student ID card ... (I didn't change my student ID card because it was really annoying)
