The program is aimed at foreign lawyers (double master's international class) majoring in law (illegal studies), with a school system of three years and a tuition fee of (ten thousand yuan) 18.4.

From June 5438 to October 2000, a law school with a single discipline was formally established on the basis of the original law department. Nowadays, Fudan Law School has developed into an important legal talent training base and scientific research center in East China and even the whole country, which has trained a large number of high-level, compound and practical talents for the judicial circles in China.

At present, a complete undergraduate-master-doctor training system has been established, and it has the qualification to award doctoral degrees in the first-class discipline of law. There are seven doctoral programs in international law, civil and commercial law, legal theory, legal history, constitutional law and administrative law, procedural law and natural resources and environmental protection law, and one master's program in first-class discipline.
