In the spring of 20 1 1, I worked hard to become an on-the-job student in China Radio and TV University. Although RTVU is an open education, I have been devoted to my study and work with rigorous attitude and positive enthusiasm, and I have successfully completed my studies through the careful guidance of teachers and my own efforts.

Over the past three years, I have worked and studied, overcoming the contradictions and conflicts between work and study. According to the characteristics of Chinese language and literature, I found time to do a lot of extensive reading, covering modern times, ancient times, Chinese and foreign countries, which greatly enriched my horizons, improved my literary accomplishment and laid a solid foundation for my future work.

The two-year study life of RTVU is coming to an end. Although we are all students who have gone to work, we can't study and live in school all day like full-time students, but what about this kind of work? Study? Practice? Study again? The practice-oriented learning model has made me gain a lot and benefit for life. Looking back on my study in the past two years, I feel a lot.
First, study hard and strictly observe discipline.
Because it is different from the full-time teaching method, apart from the opportunity of face-to-face teaching, we can say that most of the time depends on our self-study. In order to improve myself, I especially cherish this learning opportunity. Can correctly handle the relationship between work and study, regard learning as the demand to improve oneself, and regard learning as the driving force to promote work. In my spare time, I read the textbooks carefully, carefully understand the content of each course, preview the understanding before class, bring what I don't understand to class and ask the teacher for advice; Review and consolidate after class. The correspondence teachers are all excellent teachers who have been engaged in teaching activities for decades. Their rich theoretical knowledge and experience in integrating theory with practice attracted me and increased my confidence and determination in learning. Tutors can always listen wholeheartedly, set their minds at ease, circle the key points carefully, take notes carefully in different categories, give consideration to basic knowledge and highlight key contents; Give up time when you get home, read carefully according to the review outline, recite your memories carefully, and let yourself remember on the basis of understanding and understand on the basis of memory.
In the whole learning process, we can use scientific learning methods reasonably, make full use of time, study hard and practice hard; Ask your classmates and teachers humbly; Be able to strictly abide by the disciplines and rules of the college; Respect teachers and classmates. After more than ten years of work, I have fully realized that the knowledge and work experience I have learned in school can't meet the needs of my future work to a certain extent, and I need to supplement relevant theories and professional skills urgently.

I realize that I can learn a lot of theoretical knowledge through this RTVU study, which will help me update my knowledge and improve my quality. You can also learn theoretical knowledge, professional skills and work experience in the future work, constantly enhance your ability to handle affairs, and create good conditions for the smooth completion of various tasks. In order to ensure that I can study with peace of mind and successfully complete various courses, I will make reasonable arrangements for the affairs during my study in advance to ensure that I can participate wholeheartedly in the class stage.
Third, cherish opportunities and benefit a lot.
It is true that during my study at school, I had the joy of success, but also the distress and depression of leaving exploration. Here, I will never forget the teacher's erudition and lecture scenes; Sincerity between classmates, that kind of purity and sincerity, seems to make me suddenly return to my previous student days.
The two-year study of RTVU is coming to an end. In retrospect, I feel that what I have learned is still very limited, and I must recognize my own shortcomings. I studied in xx Radio and TV University in the spring of xx, majoring in administration. Up to now, I have fully realized that the knowledge and work experience I have learned in school can't meet the needs of my future work to a certain extent, and I urgently need to supplement relevant theories and professional skills. I participated in TV University with a strong thirst for knowledge and enterprising spirit. Now I have finished all the courses and will graduate soon.
Self-study is the main part of TV university's amateur study, and the conditions are relatively difficult. I make overall arrangements, take work as the center, study as the service for work, correctly handle the relationship between work and study, and make work and study correct; At the same time, correctly handle the relationship between study and family, actively strive for family support, help and cooperation, family support and encouragement, and achieve my studies. Although the conditions of amateur study are difficult, it also has its advantages, which provides me with the opportunity to practice while learning. In my study, I pay attention to integrating theory with practice, and often use my professional theoretical knowledge to study and analyze the problems and contradictions encountered in my work and seek solutions.
I have benefited a lot from my three years of study in RTVU. Strict management, strict discipline and good school spirit have created a good learning atmosphere for us. Under the strict requirements of the school and the careful guidance of my tutor, I study hard, take an active part in counseling, finish my homework on time, and communicate with teachers through various channels in time to acquire knowledge. Successfully passed all course exams, completed graduation thesis and completed credits. After studying in RTVU, I have increased my knowledge, enhanced my working ability and improved my ideological and cultural quality.
