High-level backbone talents program for ethnic minorities
Student scope and enrollment target:
1. Ethnic minority candidates who were born in Inner Mongolia, Guangxi, Tibet, Qinghai, Ningxia and Xinjiang (including Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps) have worked in the above areas for more than 3 years and are still working locally at the time of registration.
2. Candidates from ethnic minorities living in Hainan, Chongqing, Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan, Shaanxi and Gansu, as well as candidates from ethnic autonomous areas and border counties (cities) in six provinces including Hebei, Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang, Hubei and Hunan (including one county and two districts enjoying the western policy in Zhangjiajie). And Han candidates who have worked in the ethnic autonomous areas announced by the State Council in the above areas for more than 3 years and are still working in ethnic autonomous areas at the time of registration.
3. Teachers and staff who undertake teaching and management tasks in Tibetan classes and Xinjiang classes in the Mainland; Graduates of "Non-Tibetan Students Oriented Tibet Employment Plan" who have worked in Tibet for more than 5 years.
The process of postgraduate examination
1, select candidates, and apply for majors and preliminary examination subjects. This is not a prescribed procedure, but it is an important prerequisite. Only when this item is confirmed can other preparatory work have a clear direction.
2. Online registration and payment. Online registration time is 65438+1mid-to-late October.
3. On-site confirmation. According to the announcement of the registration point, bring my valid certificate and specified materials to the designated place for on-site confirmation and collect personal electronic photos.
4. Print the admission ticket. Print the admission ticket within the specified time according to the requirements of the registration point.
5. Initial test. The initial test is generally arranged in the next month after 65438+February.
6. Re-examination, physical examination and qualification review. The second interview is usually in March-April of the following year. If you don't reach the initial test score, you need to pay attention to the adjustment information yourself.
7. Admission and notification. The admission results are announced within one week after the second interview, and the admission notice is generally issued in June of the following year.
If it belongs to ethnic minority areas, the materials to be provided are as follows:
1. A copy of my ID card.
2. Proof of the police station where my household registration is located. The household registration certificate must be in a national unified computer printing format, and the official seal is the special seal of the local police station.
3. The work unit and household registration are in the ethnic regional autonomous areas announced in the State Council, and the targeted employment unit is the on-the-job candidates of ethnic minorities in the original unit. The entrusted training contract (in triplicate) signed between me and the unit where I am registered (the nature of the unit is not limited) requires me to return to my original unit after graduation.

Low score line: candidates applying for the minority backbone plan need to take the unified examination together with ordinary candidates, but the score line of the initial examination is far lower than the score line of the unified recruitment. 2. Employment restrictions
After graduation, the students of the backbone program must fulfill the agreement and return to the targeted areas and units for employment, and the on-the-job candidates will be sent back to their original work units.
3. Restrictions on further study
Postgraduates admitted through the backbone program can apply for doctoral students in the backbone program and sign a doctoral orientation training agreement.

Article 8 The state shall, according to the characteristics and needs of ethnic minorities, help and support the development of higher education in ethnic minority areas and train senior professionals for ethnic minorities.
Article 19. After graduating from senior secondary education or having the same educational level, and passing the examination, they will enter the institutions of higher learning that implement the corresponding academic education and obtain the admission qualification for junior college students or undergraduates.
Those who have graduated with a bachelor's degree or equivalent and passed the examination shall be admitted to institutions of higher learning or scientific research institutions approved to undertake the task of postgraduate education and obtain the qualification for postgraduate entrance.
Those who have graduated from a master's degree or have equivalent academic qualifications, after passing the examination, will be admitted to institutions of higher learning or scientific research institutions approved to undertake postgraduate education tasks and obtain doctoral qualifications.
Undergraduate graduates of specific disciplines and majors are allowed to directly obtain doctoral admission qualifications, and the specific measures shall be formulated by the education administrative department of the State Council.

The state takes measures to help minority students and students with financial difficulties receive higher education.
Institutions of higher learning must recruit students with disabilities who meet the admission standards set by the state, and may not refuse to recruit students because of their disabilities.
