On March 28th, Yihaiyuan Hotel, located in the Yihaiyuan Complex in Laoshan Campus of our school, officially opened. Yihaiyuan Complex integrates four functions: hotel, student bathroom, restaurant and supermarket. Yihaiyuan Hotel is designed as a three-star tourist hotel, which integrates the functions of guest room, catering, conference and tourist reception, and can meet the accommodation needs of students and parents and the requirements of the school's external reception. On the second floor of Yihaiyuan Restaurant, there is also a reception room matched with the hotel, which can undertake the reception tasks of various departments of the school. Yihaiyuan bathroom mainly serves students at school. The bathroom has a 170 shower seat, and the environment is spacious. It is a first-class university bathroom in China.

In addition to daily business categories, supermarkets also have stationery counters and special gift counters. At present, HKUST is a supermarket with a large area and complete categories.

In addition to restaurants, supermarkets, barbershops and other supporting facilities, mobile, China Unicom and telecom business halls will also be stationed in the near future.
