Physical education students can study clinical medicine in Guangzhou. There are countless teachers in each clinical class in junior year, but there are very few good teachers. So basically I read extra-curricular books by myself. I have read quite a few books since my junior year: Lecture Notes on Treatise on Febrile Diseases by Hao Wanshan, Lecture Notes on Difficult Classics published by Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, The Strange Fate of an Old Traditional Chinese Medicine Classic, Chen Xiuyuan Classic Prescription, Changsha Classic Prescription, A Classic Reader of Shennong's Materia Medica, Travel Notes by Tao Jingfu, Lecture Notes on Treating Febrile Diseases by Otsuka, and Li. Intermittently, I read some famous teachers' lectures, memoirs of famous doctors of Dow, brief lectures in Jin and Yuan Dynasties, popular lectures on febrile diseases, clinical lectures on Paavo's materia medica, lectures on Shennong's materia medica, Hu Xishu's medical records, lectures on febrile diseases and so on. At the end of this semester, I saw ten lectures on tongue diagnosis by brother Zhang Jian.
