Subsidy standard

The subsidy standard for job hunting and entrepreneurship in school is 800 yuan/person, and each person can only enjoy 1 time. There are multiple identity categories that cannot be enjoyed repeatedly.

Subsidy application and payment

1. Apply online. Graduates who meet the application conditions should first log in to the official account of "Job-seeking and Entrepreneurship Subsidy in School" or "Chongqing Employment" WeChat in the upper right corner of Chongqing Employment Network to register, and fill out the Application Form for Job-seeking and Entrepreneurship Subsidy in School (see Annex 1 for instructions). Please remember to click "Submit" and export the application form with serial number.

2. Submission of materials. Please submit the application form (signed by me) and relevant supporting materials (see Annex 2) to the office of the Vocational Education Center (Bishop 109 in Area A or Room Z 102 in the comprehensive building of Huxi Office) before September 30, 2020.

3. Material review. The school collates the application materials, completes the preliminary examination, and submits it to the municipal review after publicity without objection.

4. Subsidies. After the municipal audit is passed, the subsidy funds will be allocated to colleges and universities, and the employment center will complete the subsidy payment in time with the financial department.

Second, if the national student loan is not approved, will they inform?

You can go to the local education department first, usually the regional education bureau, and they all have special departments to handle it. In 2007, the state launched a pilot program of student-origin credit loan in Jiangsu, Hubei, Chongqing, Shaanxi, Gansu and other provinces and cities.

Legal analysis: loan conditions (1) Students applying for student-origin credit loan must meet the following conditions at the same time: 1. Have China nationality; 2. Family financial difficulties should generally meet one of the following basic characteristics: poor households in rural and pastoral areas, low-income households, and poor households with files; Families of orphans and disabled people; Suffering from natural and man-made disasters, causing heavy losses and unable to afford the students' expenses; Family members suffering from major diseases; The creator of the family's main income loses the ability to work for some reason; Single-parent families with no stable income; Poor families in old, young, marginal, poor and remote rural pastoral areas; Families where one or both parents are unemployed; Other poor families. Loan purposes: Student-origin credit student loans are used to borrow students' tuition and accommodation fees in principle. When the loan amount is higher than the actual demand for tuition and accommodation, the rest can be used for student living expenses. The national student loan is applied, approved and issued once a year. Legal basis: Article 2 of the Interim Measures for Social Assistance, the social assistance system adheres to the principles of supporting the bottom, emergency and sustainability, and is connected with other social security systems, and the level of social assistance is compatible with the level of economic and social development. Social assistance should follow the principles of openness, fairness, impartiality and timeliness.
