Articles of Association of Hsuanchan Literature Society

General rule

Rule number one. Chenxuan Literature Society refers to a mass organization voluntarily organized by our students and approved by our school. Students at school can apply for membership voluntarily. Under the leadership of the Youth League Committee, encourage and advocate student associations to carry out literary and artistic activities, cultivate students' awareness and ability of self-education, self-management and self-service, improve students' comprehensive quality and cultivate all-round talents. The aim of Chenxuan Literature Society is to take the road of information networking and create the characteristics of campus literature.

Article 2. Basic tasks of Chenxuan Literature Society:

1, we must adhere to the guidance of Deng Xiaoping Theory and Theory of Three Represents theory, abide by the laws and regulations of the state and the relevant provisions of the school, and obey the leadership of the school party and government organizations and the Communist Youth League organizations;

2. Carry out the Party's educational policy, promote students' all-round development morally, intellectually and physically, and improve their comprehensive quality;

3. Carry out healthy, beneficial and colorful extracurricular activities to serve and unite students;

4. Carry out club activities with rich contents and flexible forms, fully tap students' potential, cultivate students' interest and promote their personalized development;

5. Edit the school newspaper to enrich students' spare time and improve their writing level;

6. Develop literature courses and successful courses to increase students' literature knowledge;

7. Carry out literary propaganda in schools to increase students' literary enthusiasm.

Article 3. The term "associations" as mentioned in these Regulations refers to the intra-school organizations established by students of secondary specialized schools, junior colleges and junior colleges with the approval of the school.

Management and activities of student associations

Fourth, accept the leadership of the Youth League Committee, but remain relatively independent in specific matters.

Article 5. The Literature Society has a president and a vice-president, as well as an office director, an editorial department, an interview department, an organization department, a propaganda department and an external liaison officer.

Article 6. Literary societies are an important force in the construction of campus literature culture and campus civilization. Community work is an important part of the Communist Youth League work in our school. Associations should establish a sense of "excellent products" according to the purpose of associations, encourage and advocate student associations to carry out healthy and colorful activities with club characteristics under the leadership of the school youth league Committee, give full play to the functions of "self-education, self-management and self-service", and prosper.

Seventh, the activities of the literary society are carried out every semester, and the requirements are: three or four major activities per semester; Small activities are not restricted. Its activities are arranged and planned by the person in charge of the club.

Rights and obligations of members of literary societies

Article 8. Students in our school have the right to freely apply for joining or quitting the literary club according to its articles of association. All members of society enjoy rights and perform obligations equally.

Article 9. If the person in charge of the executive body of a literary society violates the relevant regulations and school rules and regulations and damages the interests of its members, the members of the society have the right to reflect the problems and situations to the society.

Tenth, members of literary societies should accept regular registration and pay membership fees. (In addition: you must write a personal file registration every semester)

Eleventh community members should actively participate in various activities of the community, and have the right to make criticisms and suggestions on community construction to promote the healthy development of the community.

Twelfth new members or retired members must write an application and resignation, and it will take effect after being approved by the person in charge. (Note: If a member of our club resigns without reason, he will not be hired next time, and he may be considered for being expelled from the club next time. )

Thirteenth, all members have the right to participate in the selection and evaluation of outstanding members.
