The designer of the five-star red flag was Zeng, who was born on19 17/February/717/October 1999 19 in Ruian, Zhejiang. 1936 was admitted to the Economics Department of Central University, the predecessor of Nanjing University, and later participated in the design of the five-star red flag. In 1949, he submitted his own design patterns. After many evaluations, his design was finally chosen as the national flag of China people, which is the five-star red flag we see now.
